Overview of Tom
I joined the Compliance team at Sellick Partnership in August 2023 from a previous compliance role for another recruitment agency. Not only have I joined a great team, but I have also found a role that has really helped craft my skills in compliance and as a compliance co-ordinator.
Since joining, I have been solely overlooking compliance for our London recruitment team supplying to a variety of councils and clients.
In 2022, the Compliance team were also shortlisted for 'Most Effective Compliance Operation' at the Recruiter Awards. The annual awards is the UK's largest event across recruitment, recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters.
I look forward to the future in what is an early chapter in my Sellick Partnership career.
