Overview of Tom
I am a Senior Compliance Specialist at Sellick Partnership, supporting our public sector recruitment teams.
I joined the Compliance team in August 2023, bringing experience from a previous compliance role within another recruitment agency. Since joining Sellick Partnership, I have developed my skills further within a team that places a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and best practice in compliance.
I am responsible for overseeing compliance, supporting assignments across a range of councils and public sector clients. My role focuses on ensuring all temporary candidates meet the required Government, framework, and client compliance standards, while maintaining an efficient and positive onboarding experience.
Working within compliance has given me the opportunity to deepen my technical knowledge and contribute to a function that plays a critical role in protecting candidates, clients, and the business. I am excited about what lies ahead for my career journey at Sellick Partnership.
