Overview of Liam
I joined Sellick Partnership in July 2021 as a Compliance Co-ordinator before being promoted to Senior Compliance Co-ordinator in September 2022.
Compliance is a constantly evolving area and as a team we have implemented new procedures to streamline our onboarding processes for our temporary candidates, ensuring that they are fully compliant with Government, Framework and MSP requirements. Our overall aim is to ensure the onboarding process is as seamless as possible for our candidates, whilst ensuring that both they, Sellick Partnership and our clients are protected.
In 2022, the Compliance team were also shortlisted for 'Most Effective Compliance Operation' at the Recruiter Awards. The annual awards is the UK's largest event across recruitment, recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters. We are hoping to be shortlisted again in 2023.

Liam from the Compliance team has always been quick, helpful, great to work with and great at communication. If Liam hasn’t been available, the overall Compliance team have stepped in seamlessly.
