I am the Chief Executive Officer at Sellick Partnership, and have a passion for nurturing the talents of our committed team of people. With a broad interest in leadership, professional services recruitment, UK acquisitions, IT and innovative working practices, I love continuously improving our service both internally and externally. I am always interested in speaking with people who want to join our market-leading recruitment teams.

I have spent 25 years delivering bottom line growth year-on-year within the recruitment space - building Sellick Partnership's turnover to £120m in 2024. My expertise lies in effectively developing a people-focussed professional services recruitment business specialising in:

I have personally recruited into the legal recruitment space, as well as being a ‘go-to’ individual for strategic recruitment advice and training. In addition, I regularly speak at conferences, and deliver training workshops on recruitment strategy, leadership and management.

In 2019, Sellick Partnership became part of Samsic Group, a €multi-billion turnover facilities management business headquartered in Rennes, France. As part of our joined-up growth strategy, my role is to lead the UK board, to attract talented individuals to join us on our journey, as well as undertake strategic UK recruitment business acquisitions.
