The Trust recently chose to work with Sellick Partnership exclusively on the permanent appointment of our Deputy Director of Finance – Procurement & Commercial Opportunities. UHL has had a significant recruitment drive following a restructuring of the finance team, as a Leader in this area it was imperative I had some good relationships with reliable recruiters. A recruiter whom I can trust, who listens to the brief, provides appropriate candidates, does not use pushy sales tactics, and a recruiter who is available at short notice and responds promptly to help. Sellick Partnership have met these qualities and have really proven themselves with the service they have provided. They have worked outside office hours several times and have been very quick in providing good candidates but at the same time respects where it is judged the individual does not meet our requirements. I have my consultant on speed dial as my first port of contact given our relationship and would like to thank you her for the high-quality service she has provided to the Trust and wish it continues.

Harry at Sellick Partnership helped me massively in the whole recruitment process and acquiring my most recent role. He arranged for us to meet in person to get to know me better and get an idea of the types of roles I would be interested in. He then recommended roles which he thought I would be suitable for and helped me through the whole interview process. After I was successful in the interview and accepted the role he even took me out for lunch to celebrate which was a nice personal touch.
