As a preferred recruitment partner to STAR, we have developed a strong understanding of the organisational culture, structure and hiring managers needs and preferences. We have worked closely with the Community Support Team Lead for over 6 years, and continually develop a contingent candidate talent pool to ensure provision of Housing Support Workers who are fully vetted and able to start temporary assignments on short notice. In addition to ad-hoc urgent requirements, during 2023, STAR exclusively engaged Sellick Partnership to provide temporary resource to support a new contract targeted with supported vulnerable homeless people into sheltered accommodation across Shropshire. "I have been using Sellick Partnership recruitment for many years and formed great relationships with the consultants there. They are so helpful when looking for a specialist area of work or a person with certain skills. Whenever there is a problem it is dealt with straight away, I really couldn’t ask for a more efficient service with a friendly approach. It’s a 5 star service."
