Sellick Partnership is proud to announce the launch of a brand-new specialism, dedicated to in-house legal recruitment, strengthening its already well-established legal offering.
After recognising a consistent rise in demand from clients seeking legal professionals within sectors such as retail, construction, financial services, energy and utilities, we launched a dedicated team to meet this growing need. The move builds on our strong reputation within private practice and public sector legal recruitment, and will enhance our ability to support long-term clients as they expand into in-house roles.
The team is already off to a strong start, with successful placements made across both temporary and permanent contracts – particularly within the construction and utilities sectors. Plans are now underway to expand the offering further, tapping into existing relationships within actuarial and finance, and developing tailored in-house solutions for clients across the UK.
Chelsey Saxon, Associate Director and lead for the in-house legal recruitment team said: “In recent years we’ve seen a growing number of in-house legal vacancies come to us through existing relationships and referrals. We knew the demand was there, and it felt like the right time to build something focused and strategic.
“This is a natural next step for Sellick Partnership, and we’re excited about the opportunities to grow our service offering for clients in the private sector.”
Sellick Partnership has been a trusted recruitment partner since 2002 and is committed to delivering specialist recruitment solutions across the UK. The new in-house legal team represents an exciting development for the business, aligning with its broader growth strategy and ongoing focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, long-term partnerships, and market specialism.
