We are currently working with a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm in Reading that is looking for a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Residential Property law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a diverse range of residential property cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, high-value deals, complex matters, refinancing, new build purchases, and equity transfers
Managing existing client and referrer relationships while steadily expanding your professional network
Offering strategic legal advice with clarity and ensuring outstanding client service
Driving team growth and innovation by engaging in business development efforts, including networking and relationship-building activities
Working collaboratively to share knowledge and support colleagues, while maintaining the ability to work independently
Providing guidance and supervision to junior fee earners, assisting with training and professional development within the team
Playing an active role in achieving team objectives and aligning with the firm's overarching strategy
The successful candidate:
3-8 years PQE in residential property law
Skilled in managing high-value and complex property transactions
Demonstrates strong technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset
Capable of overseeing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload efficiently
Experienced in mentoring and supervising junior team members, supporting their growth
Comfortable using modern legal technology and digital systems
