Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Cheshire
Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded firm in Alderley Edge who are highly regarded as they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will work alongside their reputable team, demonstrating detailed knowledge in residential conveyancing.
Their property lawyers advise on all areas of residential property law, including:
* The sale and purchase of residential property
* High-value transactions
* Auctions
* Portfolio sales and purchases
* Contract races
* Sub-sales
* Landlord and tenant
* Leasehold enfranchisement
* Lease extensions
* Mortgages and refinancing
* New-build purchases
* Buy-to-lets
* Off plan development sales
The ideal candidate:
- 1-5 years PQE
- Excellent academics
- Good academic skills
- Experience in dealing with a busy caseload
