One of my well known highly ranked, multi-service national law firm recognised in the Legal 500 for their outstanding legal services and client care is looking to expand their residential team in Birmingham. With a strong presence across the UK and a commitment to excellence, they are Residential Property Paralegal to join our growing office.

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting a busy and well-established conveyancing team. You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, working closely with solicitors and fee earners to ensure a seamless client experience from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence

  • Conducting searches and dealing with pre- and post-completion formalities

  • Managing client communications and enquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of file management and compliance
