Sellick Partnership are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to work with one of our Clients in London for 3 months.
The Role:
- Drafting and negotiating LMA style facility agreements and security documents
- Drafting and negotiating guarantees including cost overrun guarantees
- Drafting and negotiating deeds of priority and intercreditors
- Drafting legal opinions covering capacity and enforceability
- General project management of the conditions precedent process
