Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and property contract disputes.
- Collaborating with the Principal solicitor and legal professionals to ensure the best outcome for clients.
- Assisting with the preparation of cases and developing strategies.
- Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Providing legal guidance when necessary.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Qualified solicitor (2 PQE) or equivalent.
- A diligent and motivated solicitor with a strong interest in property litigation.
