Private Client Solicitor

An established law firm with a strong presence in Kent is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a well-regarded practice, working on a varied private client caseload and supporting a broad client base.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Trusts and estate planning

• Advising clients in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner

• Managing matters from instruction through to completion

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law

• Able to manage files independently with appropriate supervision

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A client-focused approach

• Keen to develop their career within private client law
