Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join on a leading Housing Association based in the Northeast of England on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Personal Assistant will support two Executive Directors and provide full PA and administrative services including minutes of meetings, reports, documents, management of diaries and more.

Duties of the PA (Personal assistant):

  • Provide high-quality PA and administrative support to ensure the Executive Directors and wider team are well-organised and fully supported
  • Proactively manage diaries, phone calls, and written communications prioritising effectively and acting where appropriate
  • Act as a key liaison between the Executive Directors and internal stakeholders coordinating meetings, events, and ensuring necessary documents are prepared
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings to support effective decision-making
  • Draft and produce clear, professional correspondence and reports, using initiative to respond or escalate where necessary
  • Follow up on outstanding information, actions, or reports to ensure deadlines are met and progress is maintained

Requirements of the PA (Personal assistant):

  • A strong record of demonstrable achievement in delivery of secretarial or PA services (E)
  • Ability to be in the Gosforth office when required
