Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor who is due to qualify or qualifying shortly into Private Client work?

I am looking for a proactive and personable NQ Solicitor to join a respected Private Client team and grow their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to gain hands-on experience and develop their expertise across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work.

You will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality work and building trusted relationships with clients from the outset.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with and managing a varied caseload of private client matters

• Drafting wills, LPAs, and trust documentation

• Advising on inheritance tax planning and estate administration

• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting senior team members and participating in business development initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (recently qualified or due to qualify)

• A seat in Private Client during training

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• A team player with a proactive and professional approach
