We are currently working with a well regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm in Reading that is looking for a NQ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented property litigation law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise on a broad range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disagreements, and mortgage repossessions.
  • Handle more specialist issues such as rights of way, easements, drainage problems, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession claims.

  • Develop your own client relationships while also contributing to the growth of the team's independent client base.

  • Take an active role in business development initiatives and networking activities to raise the team's profile.

  • Engage in a variety of complex, intellectually stimulating matters, with support and mentoring to build your expertise.

The successful candidate:

  • Newly qualified, ideally with some exposure to property litigation (other litigation experience will also be considered).

  • Keen to develop expertise across a broad spectrum of contentious property issues.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients.

  • Enthusiastic about client-facing work and committed to providing a high standard of service.

  • Proactive, well-organised, and eager to learn from experienced colleagues.
