Legal Counsel

Manchester Area

£70-75,000

Legal Counsel to join an in-house organisation based in the Manchester area. As the Legal Counsel, you will support the legal team to assist with general commercial matters.

The successful Legal Counsel opportunity will involve:

  • Negotiating and drafting general BAU commercial contracts which will include but not be limited to supplier contracts, technology, and IT contracts, terms and conditions
  • Working with different departments across the business including sales and marketing departments and supporting commercial decisions
  • Assisted with internal projects as they arise

As the successful Legal Counsel, you will have:

  • Experience of working in a commercial setting in-house or in private practice
  • Strong commercial contract experience
