We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in London that is looking for a talented International Private Client Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced International Private Client law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the International Private Client team.
  • Support the team leader in the day-to-day management and oversight of the London-based team.
  • Provide expert advice on UK tax matters for international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees.
  • Advise on complex cross-border succession and estate planning issues, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional considerations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international offices and disciplines to deliver cohesive and strategic client solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK and international tax legislation and its impact on private clients.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members through supervision and knowledge sharing.

The successful candidate:

  • 8 + years PQE with experience in International Private Client Law.
  • Excellent at building client relationships and explaining legal matters clearly.
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Business-minded with a proactive approach to development and growth.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and strong at problem-solving.
  • Be confident working with minimal supervision and be able to work well within a team.
