We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in Buckinghamshire that is looking for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Residential Conveyancing law professional to join a supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the residential conveyancing team, ensuring efficient case management and high-quality service delivery
Overseeing complex and high-value property transactions, providing expert legal guidance
Driving business development efforts to expand client relationships and enhance the firm's reputation
Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners, fostering professional growth and team cohesion
Engaging in networking events and industry forums to promote the firm and cultivate new opportunities
Collaborating with senior leadership to align the department's objectives with the firm's broader strategy
The successful candidate:
Must have a valid driver's license
Willing to focus on business development, with an advantage for those bringing their own client base
Open to transitioning into a Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) role
Experience managing a team
Strong claims record and solid understanding of compliance
