Head of Residential Conveyancing

We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in Buckinghamshire that is looking for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Residential Conveyancing law professional to join a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the residential conveyancing team, ensuring efficient case management and high-quality service delivery

• Overseeing complex and high-value property transactions, providing expert legal guidance

• Driving business development efforts to expand client relationships and enhance the firm's reputation

• Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners, fostering professional growth and team cohesion

• Engaging in networking events and industry forums to promote the firm and cultivate new opportunities

• Collaborating with senior leadership to align the department's objectives with the firm's broader strategy

The successful candidate:

• 8 + years PQE

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Willing to focus on business development, with an advantage for those bringing their own client base

• Open to transitioning into a Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) role

• Experience managing a team

• Strong claims record and solid understanding of compliance
