Are you an Employment Solicitor looking for locum/temp work?
We have an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in Reading on a 12-month FTC as maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering day-to-day legal and HR guidance.
Assisting with internal disciplinary matters.
Advising on TUPE issues in transactions and outsourcing.
Handling employee terminations, settlements, and tax considerations.
Representing clients in tribunals for unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
Managing wrongful dismissal and discrimination cases.
Delivering workshops and seminars on employment law.
Exposure to immigration and data protection issues.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in Employment Law.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to help with marketing and growing the business.
Ability to apply the law in a practical, business-focused way.
