A leading legal top tier law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

• Lead and manage a diverse range of dispute resolution cases
• Advising both commercial and private clients on general litigation matters
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
• Handling landlord and tenant litigation, including residential and commercial disputes
• Resolving shareholder and partnership disputes
• Managing cases based on breach of contract and tort
• Overseeing construction-related litigation
• Dealing with harassment cases and securing injunctions
• Navigating insolvency proceedings
• Pursuing professional negligence claims
• Litigating contentious probate cases
