£454.58 PAYE or 600 Umbrella Day Rate
Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office
Sellick Partnership is delighted to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Disposal Surveyor to join a well-respected Property Team.
Duties and responsibilities of the Disposal Surveyor:
- Leading on asset disposals, leasehold negotiations and strategic property acquisitions
- Sourcing property valuations and conducting financial analysis to optimise disposals.
- Negotiating leasehold agreements and acquisitions
- Preparing specialist property reports and presentations for key decision-makers
- Developing strategies
- Liaising with developers, agents and landowners
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
The successful Disposal Surveyor will be:
- A RICS-qualified professional with expertise in property disposals or equivalent experience
- Offer a strong track record in estate management and leasehold negotiations
- Commercially astute
