Corporate Lawyer | Top 20 International Firm | London
I am looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Lawyer (2-6 PQE) to join a high-performing and dynamic Corporate team based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment, working on complex, high-profile transactions within the Energy and Resources sector, with a particular focus on oil and gas.
You will be joining a market-leading Corporate team that advises on major transactions across a range of sectors, with particular strength in energy, financial services, and insurance. The team is known for its collaborative culture, commercial focus, and technical excellence.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers who are widely recognised for their expertise in M&A and joint ventures, particularly in energy. You will be advising on cross-border transactions, contributing to strategic projects, and playing a key role in developing client relationships.
What could make you stand out?
2-6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law
Background in M&A and joint venture transactions
Oil and gas sector experience is essential
International/ cross border experience
