Are you a Construction specialist who is able to take a project from feasability successfully through to completion? Have you thought about running multiple projects at once?

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Development Management client to find a Contracts Manager who will manage a range of exciting East Midlands based projects for the next 12-18 months, where you will manage them on a hybrid basis.

Contracts Manager

£350-425 Day Rate

12-18 Months

Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, UK

Your Projects role will include the following duties:

  • Acting in a client facing manner, updating clients and key decision makers
  • Project managing the on site delivery of numerous local projects/contracts
  • Ensuring works are completed on site in line with deadlines
  • Working towards project SLAs
  • Dealing with feasabilty through to construction stage
  • Processing variations and payments

Essential criteria of the Contracts Management role is:

  • Driving licence with business use
  • Able to visit the office and sites 2-3 times a week
  • Educated to HND level in a relevant specialism
  • (Desirable) Degree in Built Environment/Chartered Surveyor status
