A new opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Construction Team in Southampton for a consistently top-ranked, Top 50 UK law firm. Building on the continued success of the office, the firm is looking to add at any level from Paralegal through to 3 years PQE.

* Please note for paralegals there needs to be a deep understanding and experience within construction, and there will be the option to look at training contracts in the future.

The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team focusing on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise and advance their legal career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a broad range of construction matters
  • Drafting and negotiation of contracts, appointments, and warranties
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector organisations
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the team and its regional presence
