An established law firm in Kent is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join its growing property team.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE to gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Managing a range of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases
Landlord and tenant matters
Development and property finance work
Handling matters from instruction through to completion
Providing clear, practical advice to clients
Working closely with colleagues across the property team
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) NQ - 3 years PQE
Experience or training in commercial property matters
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A client-focused and professional approach
