Commercial Property Solicitor

An established law firm in Kent is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join its growing property team.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE to gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

The Role:

• Managing a range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals

  • Commercial leases

  • Landlord and tenant matters

  • Development and property finance work

• Handling matters from instruction through to completion

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients

• Working closely with colleagues across the property team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) NQ - 3 years PQE

• Experience or training in commercial property matters

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A client-focused and professional approach
