My top-tier client is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its award-winning team.
Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (hybrid available)
Location: Essex
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor:
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases.
- Develop strong tactical litigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with third parties, shareholders, and employees.
- Protect client assets and negotiate financing agreements.
- Attend mediation and settlement meetings.
- Issue court proceedings and handle disclosure and witness statements.
- Prepare trial bundles and court documentation.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor:
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
