A well-regarded firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to provide interim support while they recruit for a permanent hire. The role is due to start immediately and will continue on a rolling basis.

You will handle a varied civil litigation caseload independently, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. Matters may include:

  • Consumer disputes

  • Landlord and tenant disputes

  • Possession claims

  • Debt recovery

  • Partnership disputes

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Contract disputes

  • General civil litigation matters

Key Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Location: West Midlands

  • Duration: Ongoing (until a permanent hire is made)

  • Rate: £45-£60 per hour

  • Focus: Civil Litigation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister with proven civil litigation experience

  • Confident in managing files with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Able to handle a busy and diverse caseload efficiently
