A well-regarded firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to provide interim support while they recruit for a permanent hire. The role is due to start immediately and will continue on a rolling basis.
You will handle a varied civil litigation caseload independently, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. Matters may include:
Consumer disputes
Landlord and tenant disputes
Possession claims
Debt recovery
Partnership disputes
Intellectual property disputes
Contract disputes
General civil litigation matters
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Location: West Midlands
Duration: Ongoing (until a permanent hire is made)
Rate: £45-£60 per hour
Focus: Civil Litigation
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister with proven civil litigation experience
Confident in managing files with minimal supervision
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to handle a busy and diverse caseload efficiently
