Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking for your next challenge?
We have an opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a firm in Nottinghamshire on a maternity cover basis starting in September.
Responsibilities:
Manage a broad mix of private client work, including:
Drafting wills and planning estates
Handling probate and estate administration
Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
Provide clear and practical advice to clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and third parties
Work closely with a supportive and experienced team
Use up-to-date case management systems to stay organised
Receive secretarial support to assist with admin tasks
Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
Solid understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
Empathetic, client-friendly attitude with a focus on clear service
Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
