At Sellick Partnership, our values are Passionate, Respected and Engaging. These values differentiate us from our competitors; they define our business priorities, both internally and externally, and lie at the core of everything we do.
We value people who are passionate about their job and committed to providing the best possible service to candidates, clients and colleagues. We are passionate about building lasting partnerships with everyone we work with.
We are committed to engaging with our stakeholders, working alongside them to meet and exceed expectations. We are dedicated to both listening and advising, ensuring the best outcomes are always accomplished.
Everyone who comes across us as a business will be treated with genuine respect and we will always honour differences. We will always learn and develop from the experience and advice of others. We are proud of the reputation we have built in the recruitment sector.
At Sellick Partnership, our people are our greatest asset. We invest in their growth by providing the support, tools and structured career paths they need to thrive. Energy, commitment, emotional intelligence and a commercial mindset are key to success with us - and we’re here to help our employees meet both their personal and professional goals.
We want you to be as happy as possible at Sellick Partnership, so we will reward you in a number of ways. We encourage recognition of hard work and have a number of initiatives and schemes available so that everyone can be rewarded for their efforts, as well as enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
We offer a range of financial rewards to all of our employees including:
Sellick Partnership offer an extremely competitive commission structure which is uncapped with no minimum threshold, meaning there is no limit to the amount of commission that you can make.
We have two schemes - one for temp billers and one for perm billers.
A pension may form part of your long-term financial planning with a personal pension being paid on top of the state pension when you retire. In 2012 the Government introduced plans for auto-enrolment to help employees plan for their retirement.
We currently operate a salary sacrifice scheme which is a tax efficient way to make contributions into your pension plan. You agree to give up part of your basic salary (not including car allowance or commission) which is paid directly into your pension. The amount is taken from your gross salary and means you do not pay tax or National Insurance (NI) on that amount.
The Sellick Partnership scheme is run through Royal London who are the largest life and pensions mutual in the UK based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Recognising and rewarding the contributions of our people is something we genuinely care about. We believe that celebrating success helps to build confidence, boost morale and create a culture where everyone feels valued. We have several initiatives in place to reward and recognise our employees including:
Our success fully depends on the quality and expertise of our people, which is why training and development is absolutely central to our business and our plans for growth.
Training and development is really important to us - it’s part of our commitment to continuous improvement and allows us to attract and retain the very best people.
Training needs are reviewed regularly through monthly one-to-ones with your Manager and through your personal development plan (PDP), ensuring support is tailored to your individual goals and aspirations.
We offer a range of internal and external training courses, from technical recruitment skills right through to leadership and management training so you feel supported every step of the way.
We recognise that there is more to your life than just work and acknowledge that having a healthy work/life balance is really important. At Sellick Partnership, we have a number of schemes in place to allow you this flexibility so you can make time to socialise, unwind with family and friends, as well as pursue your interests and hobbies.
We all like to relax and unwind, and take the opportunity to socialise with each other away from the office. At Sellick Partnership we enjoy a variety of social events throughout the year, which we encourage everyone to get involved in.
Making sure all of our employees have a healthy mind and body is really important to us and we have implemented a range of schemes to ensure you maintain your health and wellbeing.
A strong sense of community is deeply embedded in the way we work. From everyday interactions to shared experiences across teams, there’s a genuine spirit of connection that brings people together. Whether we are building business relationships, supporting a cause or simply enjoying time as colleagues, these moments reflect a culture built on collaboration, mutual support and shared values.
