Overview of Rebecca

With a background in journalism spanning almost 10 years, I transitioned into content marketing to apply my skills and take on a more strategic role in shaping communication and brand messaging. Since joining Sellick Partnership as a Senior Content Marketing Executive in 2022, I have overseen the company’s content strategy, PR initiatives and social media management. 

As well as guiding these areas, I am hands-on in writing and executing the content, ensuring that each piece aligns with our brand and business goals. Whether it's creating blog posts, press releases, or managing our social platforms, I take pride in delivering impactful messaging that resonates with clients, candidates and colleagues. 

A significant part of my role also focuses on SEO and digital marketing, where I work to improve the online presence of Sellick Partnership. By using data-driven insights, I continuously monitor and refine our approach to SEO: from keyword research and on-page optimisation to tracking performance metrics, I aim to drive organic growth and increase traffic to our site, ultimately supporting our recruitment efforts.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I am an active member of the Diversity Champions at Sellick Partnership. This role allows me to contribute to shaping how we communicate our diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that our values are clearly reflected in our internal and external messaging. My involvement with the Diversity Champions has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of best practices and ensuring that we foster an inclusive environment across all aspects of our business.
