Overview of Becky:
As a Senior Consultant at Sellick Partnership, I work closely with key clients within the Public Sector and Not for Profit Sectors, recruiting for Finance & Accountancy, Procurement and Change & Transformation professionals. I have over seven years of experience in recruitment, working with both clients and candidates to build long-term relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Part of my role here at Sellick Partnership, involves effective relationship building skills and this is something I take great pride in, and I believe it is a key skill to have to be a successful and credible consultant. If these key relationships are built, the rest will follow and fall into place.
As well as my role in recruitment, I am also a Charity Champion at Sellick Partnership. Throughout my life, I have been heavily involved in charity incentives and enjoy giving back to the community. Another part of my role within this area, is encouraging other members of the team to get involved and do their bit for others.
