As a Business Manager at Sellick Partnership, I recruit interim, contract and permanent professionals across the South West region, with a particular focus on the NHS and local authority sectors.
My focus is on roles within Finance & Accountancy, Procurement, Commissioning, Project Management, and Programme Management, supporting clients to find the right people for their teams.
My background is rooted in public sector recruitment, which means I understand the unique challenges and pressures faced by organisations and the importance of connecting them with people who can make a real impact, on both a short or long-term basis.
I am passionate about building long-term relationships and pride myself on offering an honest, supportive approach. For clients, that means understanding culture and needs to ensure I provide the right people, not just the right skills.
