Internal Talent Co-ordinator

My role as Internal Talent Co-ordinator here at Sellick Partnership consists of covering the recruitment needs across our five offices, hiring for recruiters across each of our specialisms and also internal staff such as Internal Finance, Marketing, Compliance and Front of House team members. My purpose is to deliver a proactive and professional service to both stakeholders and candidates.
I am a dedicated, driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Internal Talent and Learning & Development, using my prior experience and knowledge within agency recruitment to help recruiters build their future career with us. I am customer driven with a passion for people development and customer service and have the ability to motivate others and communicate with people cross the business at all levels.
What does my day-to-day job include?
As part of The Wellbeing Team, we are constantly working on ways to improve through campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness on different issues that can affect our wellbeing and how we can help our staff to deal with these issues as well as promoting the various wellbeing benefits that we offer!
